"Let your
light shine
before men,
that
they may
see your
good deeds
and praise
your
Father in
heaven."
Matthew

GLOW Kids is a non-profit service and character-building
organization for children ages three to five. At GLOW Kids, parents
and children work together in small groups to learn about virtues
through fun activities and fellowship. These virtues and friendships
serve as a foundation for the group as they go out into the world to
perform related community service projects together.

GLOW, which stands for GO LOVE OTHERS IN THE WORLD, was
started by a small group of moms in the fall of 2006. It was
created to instill in our children hearts of compassion, generosity,
and love for others through Biblical principles.

What is Glow Kids?
GLOW Kids groups typically
meet twice each month. First,
members meet in their homes
or at church for fun, fellowship
and learning.  Each meeting
focuses on a different virtue,
such as patience, generosity,
or initiative.  Related crafts,
games, verses, songs and
stories are suggested.  This
meeting also gives members a
chance to discuss the upcoming
service project.

Glow Kids Shine
Next, GLOW Kids look forward
to seeing their friends at the
monthly service project. This
group dynamic encourages
excitement about the work at
hand. Finding meaningful service
projects for young children can
be challenging, but we've done
all the work for you!  We
provide detailed information on
a wide variety of memorable
hands-on projects.

Glow Kids Serve
Repeated involvement in charitable acts teaches children the
habit of service to others, as Jesus modeled.  Children begin to
incorporate the virtues taught and practiced at GLOW Kids in
their daily lives and are shining examples of God's love.
“Love one
another as I
have loved
you.  By this
shall all men
know that
you are my
disciples.”

John 13: 34
